Return Policy:

Mytc.in does not entertain returns once the order has been successfully placed and payment has been made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place orders only if they agree with these Terms.

Exchange requests will be entertained only in cases where the product(s) received by the buyer are damaged during transit or expired. Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter.

The buyer must inform us of their intention to exchange the product(s) by sending an email to info@mytc.in within 42 hours of receiving the order at their shipping address. Photographic proof of the damaged or expired product is mandatory to facilitate the exchange process.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The exchange will be processed only after receiving written email consent from the Mytc.in team.
• Return shipment fees will be borne by the shipping partner.
• Once the returned product is received by our Official Shipping Partner and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Refund Policy:

At Mytc.in, we wont be entertaining any kind of RETURNS OR REFUND once the product is sold from the website.
